I've spent over 20 years working across venture capital, real estate, construction, and nonprofit program delivery. I've sat at the table through business launches, funding conversations, multi-year builds, and community programs that started from nothing. I know what good planning looks like and I know what happens when it's missing. I work with startups, small and medium sized businesses, and nonprofits across Canada, and I bring the same honest, practical, and experienced approach to every client I work with.

Most clients start with a Discovery Session and go from there. Here's what that typically looks like:

01 Discovery Session
We sit down together and figure out where you are and what you actually need. Some clients get what they need here and that's enough. Others move on to a deeper audit or a full plan.

02 Business Audit
I look under the hood. Review what you have, identify the gaps, and give you a clear written picture of where things stand and what to fix first.

03 Strategic Plan
We build your roadmap together. Where you're going, how you're getting there, and what success actually looks like for your business.

04 Ongoing Support
Some clients want someone in their corner on a continuing basis. I offer monthly advisory support for businesses that want that ongoing relationship.

Discovery Session

$250 · 90 minutes

For anyone who needs clarity on where they are and what to do next.

This is where most people start. We sit down together, you tell me what's going on, and I ask the questions that get to what's really happening. By the end of our 90 minutes you'll have honest feedback, a clear sense of your priorities, and a written summary from me within 48 hours so everything we covered is in one place. A lot can shift in 90 minutes with the right person in the room.

Business Audit

$1,200

For business owners and nonprofit leaders who want an honest picture of where they actually stand.

This goes beyond a conversation. I look at what you actually have, how your business is set up, how you're operating, where the money is going, and where the gaps are. You don't need to have everything perfectly organized. I've seen businesses at every stage and I know what to look for. You'll receive a clear written report with my honest findings and a prioritized list of what to address first. We then get on a call together to walk through it all.

Strategic Plan

$2,800

For businesses and nonprofits ready to stop reacting and start leading with intention.

This is for you if you're done making it up as you go and you're ready to build a real plan. Over several working sessions we get clear on where your business is going, what needs to happen to get there, and how to make it work in practice. You'll walk away with a written strategic plan covering your goals, your priorities, and your path forward for the next one to three years. Something solid enough to use internally, present to a board, or put in front of a bank or investor.

Ongoing Advisory Support

From $1,500 per month · 3 or 6 month commitment

For business owners who want an experienced advisor in their corner every month.

Running a business means making decisions constantly, and not all of them are straightforward. This gives you a senior advisor available on a regular basis without the cost of a full time hire. We meet monthly, I'm reachable when things come up, and I help you think through what's in front of you, stay focused on what matters, and keep moving. Available to businesses and nonprofits at any stage.

Nonprofit Program Development

$1,800

For nonprofits building new programs or strengthening what they already have.

Nonprofits operate under a particular kind of pressure. You're accountable to your community, your funders, and your board, often all at once. I understand that world because I've worked in it. I help you design programs that are clear, well structured, and built to deliver real results. We work through your program goals, your budget framework, your partnerships, and how everything fits together. I also work directly alongside your grant writing team to make sure what you're building is fundable and that your documentation tells the right story to the right people.
